Refund Policy

At Tederr Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Window

Refund requests will be considered only if made within 2 hours of the original purchase of our packages.

2. Deductions

Please note that a payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. No Refund After 2 Hours

Refunds will not be provided for purchases made directly from tederr.com or via affiliate links after the 2-hour window, under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to refunds@tederr.com using your registered email ID only. Your request must include the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Email ID
• Registration Date
• Screenshot of Payment Invoice with Date and Time (as received on email or message)
• Reason for Refund

Please note: Refund requests without the above information will not be processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Payments made towards "Tederr Kickstart Workshops"
• Payments for "Tederr Membership Plans Plus & Pro"
• Payments made towards "Tederr Coin Purchase"
