End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of License

Tederr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our cloud-based software, including GST billing, POS systems, and inventory tracking tools. This license is specifically for your internal business operations or personal use. You are prohibited from sub-licensing, renting, or leasing this software to any third-party entity without written authorization from Tederr Technologies.

2. Detailed Usage Restrictions

In order to protect our intellectual property and maintain service quality for all users, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any Tederr software application.
• Bypass or disable any security measures or license-checking mechanisms within the software.
• Use the software for any fraudulent financial reporting, tax evasion, or money laundering activities under the laws of India.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the software’s architecture or design patterns.
• Share or distribute login credentials (Username/Password) to unauthorized individuals outside your registered organization.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into our systems. Tederr provides the tools for GST billing and inventory tracking, but the legal responsibility for correct tax filing and stock reporting remains with the user. You must ensure that your hardware and internet connection meet the minimum system requirements for our SaaS platforms to function optimally.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All software logic, database structures, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and branding associated with Tederr are the exclusive property of Tederr Business Solutions. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the user. Any unauthorized use of our branding or proprietary code will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be dealt with under the Indian Copyright Act.

5. Data Privacy & Cloud Security

We implement advanced encryption protocols to secure your business data. While we perform regular backups, Tederr shall not be held liable for data loss caused by user negligence, password compromises, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control. Users are encouraged to export their reports periodically for their own records.

6. Service Continuity & Updates

Tederr may release mandatory updates, patches, or feature upgrades to improve system performance. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance via the user dashboard or registered email.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Under no circumstances shall Tederr Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software. You agree to indemnify and hold Tederr harmless from any legal claims or tax penalties resulting from your misuse of the software tools.

8. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Tederr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if we find any violation of these terms or non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately, and you must delete any locally stored components or cache files.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it through mutual negotiation. Failing that, all legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
